Meet Jessica Berry

———

“I am passionate about walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves, make meaning of their experiences, and explore possibilities for growth that honor their authentic selves. It is a privilege to witness the strength and resilience that every individual carries within them.”

Jessica’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed and collaborative. Jessica believes healing happens in safe and compassionate relationships where every part of your story is welcomed with care and respect. She operates from the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing and growth, and her role is to support and guide that process.

Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in trauma and social justice from the University of Denver and has provided advocacy and mental health services in the Grand Valley since 2015. Her work has consistently centered on supporting teens and adults who have experienced traumatic events and are navigating their own unique healing process.

Jessica is currently seeing teens and adults for individual counseling!

Meet Brandon Daniels

———

“I believe it is difficult to move through this world without being impacted by hardship. Many people experience intense thoughts and emotions, and some simply have more tools to cope than others. I entered this field to help folks develop those tools and find new ways of understanding themselves and their experiences. I continue this work because I have seen how powerful therapy can be in helping people build the resilience needed to navigate life’s most challenging moments.”

Brandon’s approach to therapy is compassionate and centered on validation, which he believes is one of the most healing aspects of the work. He enjoys exploring thoughts and feelings and how they contribute to underlying beliefs about oneself. Together, you will work to better understand these patterns by identifying the different parts of the self that influence inner experiences and behaviors, creating opportunities for insight and meaningful change.

Brandon earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado Mesa University and is currently a provisionally licensed Social Work Candidate. Brandon has two years of experience in counseling and two years working as a mentor for adolescents in Juvenile Diversion.

Brandon is supervised by LCSW Karla Carranza.

Brandon is currently seeing teens, adults, and couples for counseling!
